People – are really strange. Indeed, many get the jitters when there’s a muscular barbarian blocking their way. Nevertheless, there’s absolutely no need to panic. First and foremost, we got to see exactly what the monster is capable of, having such kind of physiological limitations

Training strength endurance is no easy walk in the park; not only does it require physical input, but also: Willpower - one of the key parameters that determines success in any business, must be en- gaged at maximum. Plus, cardiovascular system - being a key indicator of endurance, too, cannot stand aside, it needs to function effectively so that it can fully supply the muscle with blood and oxygen.

It would be naive to believe that body strength comes only from muscles. but it goes without saying, that that’s a very popular ... misconception. Now although there is no scientific evidence of any kind which would supports that statement, modern folks, for some reason, persist building up unnecessary amounts of muscle presuming that this will give them the necessary confidence and will help them solve all their problems. It is argued that hypertrophied muscles are somewhat - beautiful (sarcasm, show a picture). People – are really strange. Indeed, many get the jitters when there’s a muscular barbarian blocking their way. Nevertheless, there’s ab- solutely no need to panic. First and foremost, we got to see exactly what the monster is capable of, having such kind of physiological limitations (show picture).

Limitations ... - they always get in the way. The apex of stupidity is to train and, at the same time, acquire limitations, which for a normal human being must be absurd and unnatural. Working on and improving all of human parameters, leaving nothing behind—is the only path, following which you‘ll eradicate all restrictions and attain the confidence you’ve always dreamed of.

Muscle and tendon strength should be trained alongside endurance of cardiovascular system. That constitutes the main condition for the development of strength endurance. The training formula in itself is pretty straightforward - strength exercises must be per- formed quickly, consistently and for long durations of time. As you may have already guessed it, specifically these three ingredients combined can help one attain real strength.

And now, as Kung Fu Panda would say: “Enough talking, it’s time ... to work”. So, put on some workout clothes and don’t forget to bring the will power because you’ll need it.
