School of martial arts “Golden Dragon” is announcing the forming of the groups for carrying a seminar aiming for deep study of traditional form of Chinese martial arts. The program of the seminar includes the key moments of Internal and External styles to form the understanding of seminar participants of unity of these two schools. School of traditional Kung Fu “The Golden Dragon” is announcing the forming of the groups for carrying a seminar aiming for deep study of traditional form of Chinese martial arts. Morning: 5:00 – 7:301) Qigong (Baduanjin)2) Gong Fa – for body (flexibility of joints, stretching, coordination and so on) 3) Technique of schools of Internal style – Taichi quan, Xingyi quan (including the applied aspects) 4) Gong Fa – for technique of schools of Internal style 5) Neigong – Internal work. Day: 12:00 – 13:001)Qigong – Yì Jīn Jīng - the basic of Qigong Shoalin style.Evening: 18:00 – 13:001) Qigong – the basics of "Iron shirt".2) Gong Fa – for body (the basic rules of correct joint warming-up, methods of acquiring lightness, “the art of youth”) 3) Quan fa – External style (basic technique, chinnia – painful capture, shuaichiao – the basic throwing techniques, methods of free combat, traditional weapons – basics of working with double flail – nunchako). 4) Gong fa for technique of schools of External style. 5) Introduction to acrobatics. The program of the seminar includes 3 lectures on the theory of martial arts and basics of philosophy. The requirements for the participants: you have to understand that the seminars that we offer are first of all hard work, that is why we expect serious approach. It will take place in Greece, Loutraki "SportCamp". Family price 1500 Euro, includes the flight, living in a hotel, food and participation in the seminar.
