School of traditional Kung Fu “Golden Dragon” was founded in the end of year 2001. Lessons at the school are held 6 times a week following two families of Chinese kung fu:
External Family – traditional Chinese Kung Fu
Studies Program:
- Chuan fa (basic technique)
- Quan fa (methods of work)
- Qigong (control over breathing)
- Qinna (also called Chin Na) (technique of catching and locking)
- Working with traditional weapons (studied after mastering Chuan fa)
- Specialisation in Hung Gar, also called Hung Kuen style
- Philosophy and Psychology in martial arts
